Contest Rules & Regulations for the Candidates and Models

Eligibility : The contest is open to all artists, whether based in Belgium or abroad.
Image Rights & Publicity : By entering, contestants automatically grant permission for their full names and event photographs to be published across various media channels, including websites and magazines.
Privacy Option (Non-winners) : Participants who do not win may request to opt out of media coverage. To do so, a signed document must be sent to us within one week following the end of the event.
Entry Fees : Participation is entirely free. No hidden fees will be charged.
Travel & Accommodation : Contestants are responsible for their own travel and lodging expenses (hotels, transport, etc.).
Catering : Meals and soft drinks are provided to contestants (upon presentation of vouchers received on arrival).
Liability : Mkz Events is not responsible for the loss or theft of personal equipment. Insurance coverage is strictly limited to individuals and the venue premises.
